​SARU Museum

Although the Springbok Experience Rugby Museum at the V&A Waterfront closed its doors in 2019, it remains a project we are proud to have been part of. In 2013, Joos Joiners was appointed to contribute to this immersive, world-class space dedicated to the story of South African rugby. Our scope included the detailed execution and installation of bespoke shopfitting — from trophy cases to custom display structures and internal walling — all carefully resolved to protect and showcase pieces of national significance. The result was a highly technical, considered environment where craftsmanship supported storytelling.
